WIRAC provides over 35 group fitness and aqua classes per week.

ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS: class says it all
This class strengthens tones and shapes the stomach, butt and legs with a crazy burn like never before.

Pilate’s aims to strengthen the “core” (i.e. abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks) improves physical co-ordination and balance.

PUMP: Weights to Music
A pre-choreographed low-impact class created to condition shape & tone the entire body. Utilising a barbell with adjustable weights, PUMP is as hard or easy as you want.

Senior Fit classes are designed for adults aged 50+ who display an active lifestyle and are looking for a gentle mixed workout playing team building games or challenging strength and core in 60 minutes. Senior Fit is all about FUN.

This aerobic based class uses an elevated platform with fun upbeat music giving an intense workout choreographed to work both your mind and muscles.

Indoor Cycling classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. You can burn 500+ calories per class, tones muscles and body shaping. Have fun in this action packed 45min class.

Aqua Bootcamp is a high intensity water class designed for those who want to push themselves in a water based fitness class. It’s great for cardio, muscle strengthening, core stability and improving posture.

Is for all ages & fitness levels. Classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness & muscular endurance & strength.

Is a high energy water workout. It is also a fun way to increase your muscular strength & endurance.

Is held in our hydrotherapy pool. It is a gentle workout aimed at improving your muscles and physical wellbeing. Well suited to people who are recovering from injuries.

September 2017 School Holiday Activities at WIRAC

  • Rockwall and Swim every Tuesday & Thursday from 4.30-5.30pm - $5 per person
    Note WIRAC is providing a FREE Belay Instructors course on Thu 28 Sep 12noon-1pm and 5-6pm so parents and/or older siblings will be able to use the wall when they want to.
  • Sports Clinics each Wednesday - $12 per session or $40 for the day - 6-14 years
    • Netball 9-10.15
    • Basketball 10.30-11.45
    • Futsal 12.30-1.45
    • Rockwall 2-3
    • And then a FREE swim to finish the day. Total supervision time from 9-3pm
  • Intensive Learn to Swim program from Mon 25 – Fri 29 Sep for children 5yrs+. A great way to speed up the skills and confidence in the pool. As part of Learn to Swim Week, WIRAC is offering one free class when you book and pay for the week.
  • Anglicare are back this year with their FREE holiday program on Mon 25 Sep. Available for children 5-12 years. Bookings essential and via 1300 114 397.

Term 4 resumes on Tue 3 October (Public Holiday on Mon 2 Oct)

During the second week of the Holidays, WIRAC will conduct a learn to swim intensive program for primary aged children. As part of LTS week, we are offering one session free when you book and pay for the 5 sessions. First in best dressed so don’t leave it for too long as this is a great way to progress your child through the learn to swim skills and competencies.

WIRAC is also supporting the Anglicare Holiday Program on Mon 25 Sep. This is a free day for 5-12 year olds but you must book through Anglicare on 1300 114 397.
